Contact-Center-Network e.V. (CCN)
Telenet has been a member of the Contact Center Network, an association of leading service companies in the call center industry, since October 2010. Telenet contributes expertise in building up interactive voice systems and applications as well as test and monitoring for contact centers and IP networks.
With its member companies the CCN brings together key players from all areas of the contact center industry: self-services, CRM, e-mail management, dialers, headsets, recruiting, workforce management and more.
The aim of our membership in the CCN and the aim of CCN itself is to offer not only high quality products and solutions for contact centres and customer-services but also a high quality implementation. The exclusive status of the members – a committee decides on participation - and the good knowledge of each other guarantees customers a highly qualified and perfectly coordinated team in interdisciplinary projects.
In addition, the CCN acts as a trendsetter for the industry: it identifies, evaluates and reflects current trends. On this basis it forecasts what technologies and services are necessary and important in the future. In this spirit the CNN publishes a contact center investment study every year.
